Reiki In Person
The 60-minute session begins with a brief intake. The participant is fully clothed for the entire session. The practitioner uses hand placements on or hovering over the energy centers. During the session you’ll begin to feel a sense of calm Through deep breathing and relaxation.
Also may include peaceful sounding music, crystals, sound healing instruments to enhance your experience and return to a natural state of flow.

Reiki Packages
Multiple sessions for optimal healing. Packages come in a bundle of 4, 8 and 12 sessions. It’s a beautiful gift for yourself and those you care about.

About Merrigold
Greetings y’all,
I’m Merrigold. This beautiful crazy thing called life brought me to Reiki. The first introduction I had to alternative healing was at the age of eight years old. My mom took me to go see an iridologist, which is a person who reads your iris and prescribed you herbs. As I grew older, I began to see Traditional Chinese acupuncture medicine practitioners seeking care. I continue to study, practice and participate in alternative ways to heal. The life experiences of profound grief and loss led me to this gentle and powerful practice called Reiki.
Reiki is often described as the universal life force, and Usui Ryoho is the traditional ancient Japanese method of this practice, created by Dr. Mikao Usui, a Japanese monk. I am a trained certified practitioner through Master teacher Christopher Tellez at SF Reiki, which has connections to the original lineage through Ms. Hawayo Takata.
Today, I open my door to serve as an intuitive guide, navigator, and observer, here to accompany you on your journey.
